Very nice looking hotel on the outside. Beautiful modern looking lobby. Then you get to your room and it is barely average. Wasn't impressed with the room. Pillows were very soft, too soft where you need to stack 3 of them just to keep your head somewhat elevated. Bed was ok comfort wise. Rest of the room was just pretty average. Reserved a room 3 weeks prior and when we got there, they didn't have it. Instead giving us an accessible room, which is ok, but why was the room I reserved given to someone else? Then the room keys did not work, so went to the front desk to explain the problem and get new ones and waited a good 15 minutes before someone appeared. Even called the number of the hotel while waiting and no answer. Needless to say, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
The staff member who checked me in was efficient and professional, and we were surprised with an upgrade to a suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a separate tub area and a second toilet. The shower could have used some attention to the grout, but was otherwise clean and large. The bed coverings were luxurious and the pillows ample. I agree with another poster that the mattress was worn and too soft. It was fine for one night, but would have been uncomfortable for a prolonged stay. The breakfast hours are accommodating, unlike some other chains that stop serving early morning. I liked having a choice between mild and bold coffee, and there were plenty of food choices. The staff member that checked me out remembered me from the check in which was a nice touch. He was friendly and wished me a good trip.
The best stay out of 5 hotels on our Florida trip ! Reasonable price at the beach restaurant. no 18% serviced charge is added unlike other hotel restaurant in the area. Bed is super comfy! Hilton Hilton this name never disappointed u! :)
Very accmodating place given my need for comfort during working trip with odd hours. Clean and secure next to a marina and nice view of sunrise. Restaurants close. Well suited my purpose for rest after intense work.
Great clean, safe property with the Beach, a CVS, a liquor store, a cafe, restaurants, and a local bar, all within 1 block of the hotel. The Palm Beach Garden Mall and the Jupiter Riverwalk are also just a short drive away.
Palm Beach Gardens is home to the PGA of America and the Honda Classic golf tournament. Downtown at the Gardens is a landscaped outdoor shopping center, featuring art fountains and a rotating exhibit of sculptures. North of Palm Beach Shores on Singer Island, the 325-acre MacArthur Beach State Park serves as a preserve for coastal habitats and offers two miles of beach.
