Thank you for your feedback, Rhonda. Balconies are down only because of the construction work we did on them just needs the last approval from the City to open them back up again. We're anticipating them being open very soon. There are plugs beside and/or behind the bed for future reference, and we plan to put new lamps that have plugs for charging items on the nightstands. There are ice machines only on Floors 3,6,9 & 12. Sorry to hear your phone in your room didn't work. I will pass that on to our Maintenance Team to fix, thank you. The only rooms that have microwaves standard in the room are the Family Suites, however we DO have a microwave for guest use in our Laundry Rooms on the 3rd & 14th floors. Hello-The balconies are currently, temporarily inaccessible due to the work we completed and are waiting on the city for approval to open them back up. Sorry to hear that, Mr. Rakhman. If you had mentioned the issue of the A/C to our Staff, we would have had a chance to take care of the issue, or gladly would've moved your room. Our balconies have unfortunately been inaccessible due to construction done. We're sorry for the inconvenience. As far as the concrete blocks, we aren't aware of anything like that on our beach, but we will pass along the info. to the city, as it's a public beach.

Chris- Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had such a negative experience at our hotel. Our hotel staff here in all departments are trained well and most have been here for years and are beloved by many repeat guests. We actually all enjoy working here and try to show that at all times. As far as the property needing updating, we are working on updates currently, and have plans to do more renovations in the future as well.
