With multiple beds, this splendid portion of the Villa is ideal for any type of traveler.
You will have your privacy as the other parts of the villa have independent entrances.
The low price makes it perfect whether you are a group of friends or a large family.

On the ground floor you will find a welcoming garden that frames the splendid swimming pool (6x4) with large and spacious steps where you can relax and spend your days full of fun.
You will find at your disposal 2 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs and a shower with heated water, you can also take advantage of a relaxation area equipped with armchairs, sofa and table.
Also on the ground floor you will find at your disposal an equipped outdoor kitchen, table, chairs and barbecue where you can have your meals in total relaxation, practically everything you need to enjoy a holiday in maximum comfort.

The portion of the villa is accessed via an external staircase, which will take you to the entrance where you will find an equipped and air-conditioned kitchen with oven, refrigerator and various kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses and basic cooking facilities, you will also find A coffee machine and a kettle are also at your disposal.

Continuing along the corridor you will find the first bedroom: An air-conditioned suite, equipped with a window overlooking the balcony that makes the room very bright, a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom that offers a shower and complete sanitary fixtures.
There are also bespoke compartments to accommodate all your personal belongings, including suitcases.

There is a second bedroom, also air conditioned, where there is a comfortable sofa bed with 2 beds that can be used as single or doubleand, a bunk bed and a door that overlooks the outside and leads us to a terrace where you can find your corner of peace.

We then have a second bathroom, equipped with a wonderful whirlpool tub, a shower with a very spacious cabin, complete bathroom fixtures, hairdryer and a very large mirror.
You will find towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows, washing machine and everything you need to make your stay perfect.

Wi-fi connection, ultra-fast optical fiber, excellent for those who decide to spend their holidays in our Villa but at the same time continue working between one dip and another in our wonderful swimming pool.
There are two televisions, one of which with the latest generation Fire TV
in HD, you can then take advantage of Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus accounts etc.
It is possible to park your car in the small street in front of the Villa.

Should guests need to have a greater number of beds available, it will be possible, upon request to be approved, to have a second portion of the Villa available, consisting of another 6 beds, paying an extra fee to be agreed before the booking.

In the surroundings there are also dozens of structures such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and historical places.
As for the Night Movida, music and happy hour entertain all lovers of fun until late at night.
