This hotel is overrated and not at all 4 stars… 1-no room sound isolation between rooms 2-very noisy from the street and from the elevator refurbishing the facade 3-decoration and rooms are very poorely decorated for a 4 stars hotel and at such price 4-soap are empty in bathrooms

Air conditioning is vital, not a luxury, for a comfortable existence. It was July during an epic heatwave, and the room with just not cool down. it’s a nice building. And yes it was clean.

Well-located hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast included a variety of foods and it was delicious. The only problem for us was the poor-quality of the air-conditioning unit. The front desk kept telling us it was working, but the room remained very hot. It was a bit difficult to fall asleep because of how hot it was. At the end, we requested a fan and that helped a lot.

The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The morning breakfast was very good. There were many dining locations nearby and the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus had it's first stop just outside the hotel.

The hotel was very good and the only issue was with the air conditioning which we complained about. Michele on reception was excellent. The hotel location was great, right near Teatro Politeama, which is magnificent. I have already completed an Expedia review and having to resubmit as my previous one is not showing!

On the morning of our arrival we rec’d an email informing us that our reservation had been moved to a different hotel due to construction. We were assured that the new hotel was of equal quality and location. When we arrived we were given a terrible room in a horrible location. The staff were not helpful. We spoke with hotel girardi and the front desk said that we were moved due to a large group. There was nothing they could do. We expect that our room charges will be fully refunded as this experience ruined our stay in Palermo.

The room was very noisy on tbe street side and toilet was difficult to figure out. Moved to a whiter room but the tv did not work. The head waiter in the restaurant is abrasive ! The staff in general looks unhappy, unfriendly. Hotel in bad liocation.

Hotel is in an excellent location 4 mins from the airport shuttle bus drop off. Lots of resturamts in the area. City bus hop on hop off tour 3 min walk. Lots to see and do in the area. Staff at the hotel are friendly and understand some english. The hotel is clean. On the negative side the hotel rooms 304 is old and could do with an upgrade.

You get your money's worth.
Very centrally located, spacious room but spartan furnishings. The toilet could use ventilators. Generous breakfast and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Nice small hotel for a short break
The hotel was good but definitely not 4* quality but neither was the price. The hotel is very central - in the middle of commercial district but a bit further to the old town where the touristy areas are.

The hairdryer blew out black fragments when you used it. There were no blankets in the room and one pillow on the bed per person. One bar of soap, 3 hangars and very sparse dingy room.
