All amenities present but dated, needs an urgent revamp. The staff are the real star of the property. Efficient, effective a polite and helpful.

No customer service at all, the rooms are terrible old , cables everywhere , no outlets to connect your phone unless you disconnect the table lamp , Wi-Fi no signal at all or really bad, I asked for 2 rooms , they were really far apart , elevator if you want to use the cart for your baggage, you don't fit and no bellboy service , on the hallways you see internet routers holding on the walls also holes on the selling . I forgot a phone charger and I went back the next day and nobody knows about it . At 1 am I have had to moved to another room after complaining for an hour because it was a terrible noise coming from the walls and I couldn't sleep. The next morning I moved to another Hotel and nobody helped me with my baggage again and the receptionist were just checking in new customers and they don't care about. Really bad service and amenities were really bad No for international travelers.

Ive stayed at this hotel twice and really the only downside is their terrible connection to wifi. The same rhing happenes the second time. The first time a staff member came up to the room and tried to adjust some things, unsuccessfully. Its not even a strong signal in the main lobby.
