It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

The property is great. Located near Mt Etna and wine country. The rooms are very nice and the restaurant is exceptional including all of the restaurant staff.
If I had one observation to improve it would be the attentiveness of the front desk staff. They are not always available and do not always respond ti email.

Great location. Room simple but very functional and comfortable. Rooftop bar is amazing with great drinks and spectacular view. Really nice breakfast which is a must. Helpful staff.

Our first night we were put in a room where the bathroom had a horrid smell that spread to the entire room. The room was also on the same floor as all the cleaning staff ..."
