"Really cute room and the ladies who run this place are super welcoming and accommodating! Great value and would be my choice of hotel when I come back to Firenze."
"We had an excellent stay. Everything from checking in to checking out was top-notch. This was a great location and all the sites were walkable. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our room was really large and fun to stay in! This hotel used to a palace. I believe our room may have been a former living room, as it had a large fireplace in it!"
"Very good location. Ideal for the train station and walking into Florence. Very nice dinning area and breakfast selection.
Can get a little crowded outside the hotel with people waiting for trams/buses. But that’s no fault of the hotel. "
"Restaurant in the lobby was convenient, although, there are so many restaurant options just nearby. Location of this hotel was amazing - its near the duomo, the ponte vecchio, and the train station. Staff was friendly, although, there was a wait at check out. We stayed in an inferno room which was quite large with a skylight, but had no blackout curtains for the skylight, but it was fine for us. Room smelled a little like plumbing which was offputting but bearable for a two night stay."
"This is a beautiful hotel with very kind and helpful staff. The bed and willows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious! Very close to Ponte Vecchio and major city attractions. Highly recommend!!! "
