Very comfortable hotel, situated calmly, but close enough to action, great breakfast, fantastic spa facilities and treatments. We will come back next summer again.

Overpriced hotel without luxury quality.
Not worth that money. 1.Staff like ice faces and inhospitable. 2.Air conditioner not working, in the room +26 at night but stuff do not respond to multiple requests to resolve the problem. 3. Parking fee 20€ per day !!!! but everyone puts the cars where and how they want, noone from hotel control it and as a result it is not possible to leave parking because someone blocked exit.

Absolutely loved it
In general we had a really fantastic stay. Loved the SPA area and all the swimming pools (perfect also for children). Compliments for the SPA itself, me and my husband enjoyed a lot the massages. Also worth mentioning a wide and delicious breakfast selection and dinner options. Some efficiency could be achieved with quicker service in the outside pool area though. Either way, we would recommend this hotel to anyone and we are planning to come back next year again.

Good hotel in the heart of Palanga
Amazing service, superb restaurant and breakfast. Room in luxury building quite basic, could be improved and updated. In general, we’ve spend amazing time - location is perfect, comfortable spa and welness area.

Safety, quality, service and tranquility.
Balanced and relaxing environment. High quality SPA service options. Absolutely perfect weekend getaway for a re-start. This place became famous for it’s breakfast all over the country after it was changed recently. The whole package makes it literally the best place to stay in Lithuania.

Don't go at the weekend
Truly amazing spa. Wonderful massage. Terrible staff who are overloaded at the weekend. Breakfast had run out of almost everything and was only very slowly and partially replaced. We tried to have a drink and dinner the first evening but everyone ignored us so we are in town. When we asked waiters for something they either pointed at someone else or huffily did serve us but not how we wanted. But really lovely place and spa amazing!!

Should have stayed longer
We were in Palanga only 2 nights while traveling through out Lithuania. This hotel is situated in such an extraordinary space we did not want to leave. It was so peaceful and relaxing - a wonderful place to unwind. The on site restaurant was very good with a variety of fine dining choices and a good selection of wines.

We had great time at this hotel. Beautifully designed interior. Everything seemed brand new. Sloping floors were cool but took few minutes to get used to. Service was excellent.

Fantastic hotel
Everything about this hotel was great - even the sloping floors were fun. It was in a quiet location away from busy area yet close to beach. Really large comfortable room with good beds. Very clean and well appointed. We were upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms which was the ultimate treat. We were in the second building where the rooms are placed around an atrium with a spiral, sloping corridor linking them. The rooms also slant slightly which was bizarre but worked.

Both hotel and spa offer the highest level of service combined with most comfortable accommodation surrounded by incredibly beautiful nature. Professional staff, graceful architecture and decor a swell as tasty food - there is everything to please most discerning traveler.

Great Hotel is a hidden Gem on the Baltic
The hotel's design and service's are both amazing. It really has a subtle elegance about it and the spa is incredible. It has various levels; a great in-door, salt-water pool; beautiful outdoor jacuzzi between tall trees; and an amazing wood-cabin sauna with a beautiful brick stove in the middle. I've been to a few Spa Hotels on the Baltic, but this one is the real deal. I haven't seen anything this elaborate and well-designed since visiting a Spa in Switzerland. Dinner was also exquisite with amazing service. The included breakfast also had all the options you could ever want and was very fresh. The Hotel is located a short walk from the Baltic and Promenade, but it's location between tall pine trees is so picturesque that you don't even notice it.

The hotel itself was good, the food and service very good and the room comfortable and quiet. Finding the hotel, however, was very difficult, since there is no obvious signage to help travellers arriving after dark. My GPS put me in the right area, but it was a matter of trial and error to find the right building.

Viešnagė paliko labai gerą įspūdį. Išskirti galėčiau ypač paslaugų personalą ir nepriekaištingai išpuoselėtą aplinką. Gal kažkiek nepatogumų patyrėme dėl automobilio parkavimo vietos. Taip pat norint pusryčiauti lauke, turi būti labai ankstyvas, kad rastum laisvą vietą. Tačiau tai tik mažos smulmenos lyginant prieš visas geras emocijas patirtas viešnagės metu.

An altogether OK stay in Palanga!
Nice spa area. The design building was lovely and had comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast alright, the quality of the food was not that high as expected from a 5-star hotel. The only big minus is that there were a lot of children in the spa area, also in the sauna and relaxation area. They were running around screaming and playing. Absolutely unacceptable. Neither the parents nor the staff quieted down the children. The noise was somtimes unbearable and we had to leave the spa area to relax in our room. The SPA treatments you pay for (massage, facial etc) were wonderful and the staff there fabulous.

good quality hotel in palanga.
the hotel is in good condition, especially the spa building (design). the room was good also in the luxury building, but the a/c did not work properly. very friendly staff. one minus is that we did not get into the restaurant for friday evening dinner. no one told us that the table should be booked in advance. and then the explanation was that the restaurant and the hotel are different companies. I think despite that it would be good to advice the guests to pre-book dinner table at the front desk.
