Maximum capacity for 4-5 people. Ideal to enjoy a relaxing family vacation on the Costa Brava! First floor apartment without elevator with a nice terrace overlooking the pool. Living room with sofa, TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, pans, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The main room has 1 double bed (150x190cm) with ceiling fan and the second room has 2 single beds with ceiling fan (90x190cm). Completely renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large pool and large garden area. Ideal for families with children. Outside parking for one car included in the price. Free Wi-Fi. Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement. Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed. \- Sheets and towels are not included.
