"Very nice historic hotel with nice bedrooms and an amazing view from the restaurant. Breakfast is quite expensive (not included in room rate) if you're not really hungry / don't want much from the buffet but food was good. Hotel staff very helpful. Restaurant staff less attentive in the evening - had to chase a number of times and food was a bit cold because they just left it waiting on a tray near our table - but breakfast service is much better. In the evening I would recommend just having a drink to appreciate the view of the square rather than eating there."

"The hotel is clean and well located to the airport. We had a difficult time understanding the lights. There wasn't a comfortable chair. We would stay there again before going to the airport for an early flight."

"Hotel Colmena Centro is highly recommended. Although it is only a couple of blocks from the Zocalo, it is on a quiet street. Our room looked out over the street and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet is quite lavish, great home cooked food, Wifi was fast and worked perfectly. Five stars all around."
