One hour from Las Vegas! This lovely three bedroom two bath home is the perfect space for business professional and families. We keep it VERY clean to ensure you have the best stay. There is on site parking available and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials supplies to prepare meals. Property manager lives a few minutes away and can will be on site to handle any of your needs (if required). If you are interested in our space and have additional questions please private message me. BBQ available The Space Perfect accommodation for Front Sight (nine individual beds) Three bedrooms, Two bath, perfect space for business professional or families (No Parties). We keep it VERY clean to ensure you have the best stay. There is on site parking available and the kitchen is stocked with all essentials supplies to prepare meals. House has an evaporative cool (swamp cooler) please note that VRBO doesn't provide a check box for this item so we listed it as an AC Please note: this property is in a rural desert, there are farm animals (near by) and insects do live in the desert we do keep up on spraying. Other Things To Note We may be willing to host over 9 people for certain situations. Please private message me for more details. Guest please submit valid ID within 48 hours of booking. The Neighborhood Overview The home is about an hour drive from the Las Vegas Strip and about 13 minutes from Walmart, Starbucks and grocery stores. Getting Around There is parking on the property but limited public transportation in Pahrump. No taxis or Uber. House Rules pet fee $100 must be prior approved guest responsible for ant damage done by the pet. Smoking of any substance inside the house will result in a $250 cleaning fee No fires outside. Quite hours outside the house are from 10pm to 8am. (keep all windows and doors during these times to contain sound) If this is violated by Guest(s). Any violation of the House Rules may result in paying any fines to the city, or paying a $500.00 fee at guest expense, expulsion from the property and cancellation of the short term rental agreement without refund Parties, events or pets are not allowed (Service dogs must have prior authorization, paperwork/ license required) A person over 27 must be making the reservation. If the Property has a Pool- You acknowledge there is no child protection fence around the swimming pool and you accept all responsibility for the safety of children. If the Property has a Pool- Glass is not allowed on the patio or near the pool. Reasonable care is taken to leave the house in the same condition you found it with regards to cleanliness, furniture placement and general household items and linens. Upon departure all trash and food will be removed and the house secured by locking all doors and windows and gates. Checkout is at 11:00am. To be respectful to our cleaning crew, If your group has not left the property by 11:01am, there will be an automatic $75 fine (immediate departure still required). To avoid this, if your group will require more time to depart please set up a late departure in advance. We hope you relax, sleep in a little more and enjoy the late checkout! Windows/door left open will incur a $1000 fine. Only small amounts of toilet paper down toilets. ABSOLUTELY \*\*NO WIPES\*\* TAMPONS OR ANYTHING other toilet paper. The three bedrooms worked great for our family of 8 and met our needs for our short vacation through the 4th. The home is spacious and inviting. This home was comfortable and has a nice front or back deck to sit under. We had a couple of minor issues that were promptly taken care of by simply messaging the owner. Recommended for a larger group (7-10) needing the amenities and basic accommodations a three bedroom two bathroom home can provide. We have stayed in a number of VRBO/Air-B-N-B arrangements in the Pahrump area over the past decade. This is better than some, and not as good as others, but fair for the price and location. There is plenty of room for parking and it is easily accessible from town, Death Valley and Front Sight, and fairly private. The nicotine smell from latent cigarette smokers permeated the building, but we got used to it after a few minutes inside. Interesting that there were a number of notes to keep the windows opened- which made it cooler than necessary at night. Also, the wifi password and digital lock combinations were generic in nature, making me think they don't really change them effectively (just rearrange the mnemonics but keep the digits the same) so I never felt that my possessions were secure when we left the building- though we did not seem to have any problems. Some things could use repairs , but they did not hamper our ability to eat and sleep there when we were finished with our activities nearby. Fair place at a fair price. ##### will m. The porch was wonderful, the sheets were soft and there was enough room to sprawl out. We were only a group of four, but there are beds for a lot more, a large family maybe. We had a little problem getting in and our host responded immediately and the problem was solved. It was a misunderstanding on my part. I gave it a five star rating because that was the only option I could see. It would have been a 4.8 because the mattresses were a little hard for me, but that is a personal preference. We were an extended stay, so we were very excited for the large SmartTV in the living area. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! Great communication and always there when we needed something. They even checked on us during the monsoon storm to be sure we were alright. Talk about caring folks who go the extra mile! The location was only a mile from my Dad's, about 5 min to town, an hour from Vegas and an hour from Death Valley. The property itself was nice and very spacious and had lots of beds. We cooked every day and the kitchen was not lacking anything. The location is out in a rural area with lots of roosters to wake you in the morning. ##### Dean G. House is well distributed where you don’t feel all cramped up.
