It has plenty of room to lounge in the comfy living room in front of a fire or relax on the back porch overlooking the greenbelt as the local deer meander by. When not enjoying the tranquility of the back patio, you are just a 10- minute walk or bike ride to a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and boutique stores. It is also conveniently located as a three-minute drive from essentials such as the grocery store, gas station, and much more. When you are ready to explore beyond, downtown Pagosa is only an 8-minute drive away with hot springs, restaurants, shopping, rafting/tubing and other activities are at your fingertips. This mountain home sleeps up to 8 people and offers everything you need to enjoy your time in Pagosa Paradise. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, suitable for families and adults who want a peaceful, quiet getaway. Noise & light ordinances are implemented by the county & HOA with fines for excess noise &/or leaving exterior lights on during the daytime or after 10:30 PM. Quiet hours are 10 pm-8 am. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed, ample storage space and has its own entrance to the first floor bathroom. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a full size bath with tub/shower combination. The first upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. We enjoyed our stay and the host answered all questions promptly. We would definitely stay again. Pagosa is split into 2 sections of town and this is a great location if you want to be on the west side of town. I have used VRBO since 2006 and I don’t know when iTrip and VRBO merged but I could have done with less messaging from iTrip.
