A convenient guest bathroom is also located on this level. Step outside to the private deck to fire up the grill or simply soak in the fresh mountain air. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed, a cozy queen bedroom, and a trundle bed in the third bedroom, with an additional guest bathrooms nearby for convenience. With abundant natural light, beautiful mountain views, and a peaceful, tucked-away location, this condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and comfort for your mountain getaway. In the winter season, we strongly recommend that all guests come well-prepared for snowy conditions. Opting for vehicles with either AWD or 4WD is highly encouraged for a smoother winter experience. Additionally, please be aware that tire chains may be required for traversing Wolf Creek Pass during winter. Refunds will not be issued if you arrive unprepared and encounter difficulty reaching the property. \*\*Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.\*\* There is a pet fee of $30 per pet, with a limit of two pets.
