The staff was friendly no issues there, the dinner was actually not bad but the breakfast wasn’t the best. The pool and jacuzzi both worked, probably needed to be cleaned and plaster repaired in some spots but it all worked none the less. My biggest issue was the smell and cleanliness of the room, it was by far the most dated hotel I have stayed at recently the beds were so uncomfortable. I didn’t even get the room I wanted and paid for but I wasn’t going to push the issue, my kids wanted to swim and that’s all they cared about so my wife and I decided to stay. The cobwebs were in almost every corner but the smell was definitely the worst. Kind of a mix between wet dog and mildew.

Great overall experience. Traveled with family, 2 kids 2 adults. Loved the split room with microwave/ fridge/coffee area in room. It was nice being able to sit in the separate livingroom area and watching tv while the kids went to bed early in the private bedroom area with pocket door. The privacy was nice. Clean room and nice staff. Didnt use the pool but definitely will next time, looked inviting. The dining options very limited, that is only thing wed like to see with more options. But overall, loved our stay and if all drury suites were similar, wed stay no other place. Highly recommend

While traveling, it was very convenient to get off the highway, grab some excellent food nearby and get some rest. Even though it was more expensive than many other places around, the service was excellent and the facility was clean and quiet.

We booked this stay through Expedia and when we arrived at 10:30 pm there was no availability. This occurred after traveling for over 12 hours. The front desk was kind enough to refer us to Comfort Suites,a short distance across the Interstate. We had a wonderful stay and we believe we have found our new favorite place to stay when we travel. This is a shame since we have previously preferred Drury Inn over other options. Very disappointed.

Was a quick stopover on our long road trip. The room was clean and large with plenty of room for our family. Breakfast was great, as was their kickback hour. Location was convenient. Would stay again, even for a longer trip to Paducah.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There are many dining options within a few minutes’ walk, plus even more within a short drive. The breakfast and dinner options were hot and fresh.

Pet friendly rooms not so great
I don’t know about the other rooms, but the pet friendly rooms aren’t nice. They have old, worn out furniture; the carpet has stains (which is ok), but when I pay standard price plus a pet fee, I expect to have the same quality room as everyone else. Also, the breakfast wasn’t so great compared to other Drury hotels I’ve stayed in.

We were so impressed with all the attention to the detail in everything by everyone, cleanliness of hotel, the kind and helpful staff...for instance, Hannah,we were somehow loss and called for some directions and Hannah's patient help over the phone brought us directly to the Hotels door on/near our arrival. Chase was remarkable from helping get food placed, serving drinks, answering questions behind the desk and those in need of help with the cart all with care and a smile. Because of the weather to travel West and great service we decided to stay an extra day if possible if our room may be available, it was and I got the best help with my various discounts from another great desk clerk whose name i forgot but she was as kind,helpful and caring as everyone else, as well as helping in the dining room too. Everyone was amazing. We try to always choose Drury Hotels because your the greatest highlight in our travel destinations across the USA . You have great caring, kind staff, delicious hot meals, very clean rooms, and helpful caring staff, even the folks responsible to cleaning our rooms and making sure we are comfortable. Thank you Drury, your da best.
