Great experience at this hotel. Check-in was smooth. Front desk were welcoming and friendly. They went the extra mile when I asked for help. Definitely would recommend anyone visiting Oeiras to stay here.

Staff very helpful. Room was very good and daily cleaning service excellent. Lack of availability for towels at pool. Meant was unable to use pool on any occasion.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, although there are three restaurants in the vicinity. It’s a bit of a hike up to the hotel from Casias or Paço de Arcas. The hotel restaurant and cleaning staff were super nice. The gym isn’t great with two cycling machines, one rower and weights in a box like room. And there was never any water in the water bottle which was disappointing as the temperatures ranged from 34-38 degrees. Also, the poolside loungers aren’t that comfortable. But the rooms are pleasant and clean. Plus we had a balcony so that was nice. And it was fantastic to have tombe pool which was clean. Breakfasts are great!

Great hotel, with very good service.
Overall, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. And the service was very good. Along with having extras, such as the pool. Which made it a very pleasant stay.

Just don’t stay here. The worst.
The stay at this hotel went from bed to worse. Originally I had booked for two nights and then added a third night when planning my trip a few days before. When I arrived at the hotel I was very happy that the staff person allowed me to put my bags in the room early because I had to return my rental car. But the good service ended after that. The hotel was way out and it was a 25 minute walk to the train. No bus or shuttle van. I have been traveling in Portugal for over a month and familiar with amenities at this price point. When I went to the desk to ask to get a refund for the third night so I could leave I was told no. I explained I had booked my room there because the listing showed laundry facilities which there were none except I had a walk down the street in the rain to go to a local laundromat. The room had no amenities such as an iron, ironing board, a bottle of water, or even a box of tissues. Several things are broken including the safe, the TV remote, even the lid on the wastebasket in the bathroom. I told the front desk staff about these broken items. Nothing was fixed. Room was dated with a matted carpet. Questionably cleaned. Staff at other hotels are wearing masks. At this hotel no one was wearing masks including the Front desk or food service workers. Front desk staff could not have been any less helpful with zero problem solving skills. Just don’t stay here

Value for money.Complimentary breakfast was good.Room was spacious and clean.Only problem was the location.Located near a business park. Need to cab to a nearest train station at Parco de Arcos for a 25mins ride to town otherwise this hotel comes highly recommended for the price charged.

Hotel is out of town at the top of a hill , 25 mins walk to station then just 10 minutes on the train to the centre of Lisbon , hotel was clean, most guest's just stayed a night on tours or conferences, local town rather nice, and train to city centre runs along the coast ' the staff were nor very friendly, no good morning , no smiles, ok if you were staying a night maybe however we stayed for a week so became noticeable

What a great hotel! Not central, but extremely comfortable. The room, which was very quiet, had everything you used to get in the old days before everything got scaled down. My sleep quality was EXCELLENT! Really comfortable bed, nice bathtub, a fully stocked fridge and tea caddy, and doors that don't shut automatically. There's a little workout room in the basement. And the breakfast buffet, which was included, was good. I'd like to make a special mention about the lifts, which were very responsive. They came quickly and moved quickly. So you never had to wait.

Hotel is lovely, waiter and waitress from the restaurant were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Disabled room, very disappointing. Hairs in the bathtub and on the toilet floor. Breakfast could be improved. Scrambled eggs soggy. Description mentions indoor and outdoor pool, there's only a small outdoor pool, a tiny gym.
