My room was very clean and cozy. I loved the bathroom, how big, clean and modern it was, including an automatic light up magnifying makeup mirror! If I had known, I would have left mine at home! The parking is a bit tricky if you have a larger vehicle. When I stayed, there were 2 sports games downtown going on at the same time, so the hotel was booked up, and the parking garage is 4 levels, but not large, and the spaces are very tight. The larger SUVs do not fit side by side. If you have a fleet of MINIs then, no problem, or motorcycles, or Smart cars...you get the idea. I was very lucky to find free parking on the street however, from 10 pm to all day Sunday, which saved me the $27 USD (I am from Canada) per night in the squishy scary underground! so I was grateful to find that. I love the free coffee and it was very good. Even the coffee in my room was great. All the amenities, I was surprised to find a mini fridge, microwave and many other things. even snacks! No drinks though... I would love if they had a continental breakfast though, but Starbucks is very close, and has great egg bites. Maybe a Starbucks coupon for guests? I would stay here again, and great value compared to other hotels in the area.

Wonderful stay as always! The only thing I’d recommend is for cleaning staff to check the pull outs even if they haven’t been used. We went to pull out our couch for our teen to have his own bed and found candy wrappers under the cushion. No dirt or grim though, just wrappers so a minor thing. FYI. We’d still book here first out of anywhere in the Seattle center area. Their service is the best!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is good, everything is walkable and it is SO budget friendly. The quality of this Inn shines in all aspects! The staff was amazing. Samson was the one who checked me in, he was kind and upgraded my room as a complimentary service! The cleanliness was wonderful, and the housekeeping was really good too, it seems like they revisit your room to see if they can clean it because I stopped by my room around 1-2:30pm and they came around that time but I was in it. When I headed out and came back around 9pm, I was really surprised to see they came by to fix up and tidy the room, replenishing with towels and toiletries. I did not expect that they would come back so it was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely come back here on my next trip :) I rarely write reviews but my experience here was definitely memorable enough for me to do so. Thanks to the staff at this Inn! 10/10

The staff, the food, the upgrades all absolutely amazing! Close to Pike Place, Climate Pledge Arena, and other touristy and non-touristy places where you can choose to walk or take their shuttle. The only negative I have is that to room seemed a bit dirty. There were drink splashes on the walls and light switches, holes in the bedding, dark stains in the curtains… it generally seemed like it just needed a spot check clean and it would have been perfect.

They were wonderful and let us keep our luggage and even our car parked for the day on their premises, allowing us to explore Seattle for the day
