The layout is inviting with 3 spacious bedrooms, a loft area, and a cozy open greatroom with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked. There is a small outside back yard that is fenced. Garage is available for parking and storage. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. This home does not have parking directly in front of it. Parking is just a couple townhomes over. There is a garage space and additional shared parking. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. It's a busy road and the house sits on it. Our grand daughter who is five loved the loft, said it was her "own" room. :) The three bathrooms came in handy too. The beds were great. We liked the location close to everything in town and the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking ourselves.
