The house was beautiful. We especially appreciated the open floor plan with a cozy fireplace. Beds were comfortable and the whole house was spotless when we arrived. Had 4 couples and 4 young children staying at the house and it was totally comfortable. The house was perfect for our weekend and a super close walk to the beach. We loved this property! It was so close to the beautiful beach and very roomy and clean and comfortable. The property manager was easily reachable and very helpful. We had a large group and had plenty of room for everyone. The 8 of us stayed comfortably and we loved the layout of the big living area where we could all be together. The large, well set up kitchen accommodates cooks and helpers to work around each other very comfortably. A very nice place to stay at beautiful Cape Kiwanda. ##### Cheryl S. The fireplace was a lovely addition. Appreciated the hot tub.One suggestion: would be nice to have some lamps in the open area so we could have not bright light on, but some light on. The rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen had many pots/pans, utensils, and plates. Nice and quiet but very close to the beach. I thought it was really clean. A little short on extra ameneties but that’s about the only negative thing you could say. Great big open kitchen and living space. We had 10 adults and three children and we all felt comfortable and had enough room to all be together and also to be more spaced out. We all agreed that the beds were very comfortable!
