My room was not clean and the building wasn't maintained well. Good . breakfast though.

The cleaning was terrible, they don't even trade The towels. The breakfast Impossible to eat. The Staff on the reception try to gelo but they don't know how.

Booked through Expedia, but because booked the same day as the stay, they claimed they could not see the order, so asked to pay again with the assurance that the double payment would be refunded. After 3 weeks no refund I sent them an email, but no reply either after 1 week. The room's curtains don't fit, so in the morning you will wake up by the sunlight. The airconditioning was a poor single unit moveable one that was super loud and hardly cooled. The pool area was nice, but a bit crowded. You have to like the party atmosphere with a drink and some music.

When we arrived, we were not told how to find our room or what amenities were available, when we did eventually find our room we were in for a shock , dirty falling apart , disgraceful, when we returned to check out , we were not asked why or how they could resolve it as it was less than an hour after checking in, staff even rang us a taxi to the airport! Very unprofessional and will never stay there again and will be making a complaint to get our money back as we were not offered alternative accommodation or our money back , worst experience I've ever had of customer service during my stay at Malta over the last seven years , avoid at all cost if you want to enjoy your holiday!!

This is absolutely not a 3 star hotel. It's in a state of bad repair and the rooms are from the 80s. Mold around bathrooms and hospital style corridors. After visiting the room I immediately checked out.

Nice and large rooms, our room was also very quiet. The location is awesome, right in the city center where are loads of places you can eat and have fun. The hotel pool is also very nice and big. I strongly recommend this hotel
