When we arrived, we were not told how to find our room or what amenities were available, when we did eventually find our room we were in for a shock , dirty falling apart , disgraceful, when we returned to check out , we were not asked why or how they could resolve it as it was less than an hour after checking in, staff even rang us a taxi to the airport!
Very unprofessional and will never stay there again and will be making a complaint to get our money back as we were not offered alternative accommodation or our money back , worst experience I've ever had of customer service during my stay at Malta over the last seven years , avoid at all cost if you want to enjoy your holiday!!
