"The staff from the moment I got out of the car, were friendly and eager to please. The hotel is dated but very comfortable. The room had a chair and couch along with 2 queen beds. The view was not good but I wasnt there to look out the window. It is located in the middle of Lincoln Square, easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. The bathroom was small. It has a shower, no tub. Their are four elevators which helps move many tenants. We valet parked our car which was easy. There is not many places to park in the city easily. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. "
"My experience here was very good. If you are a person who only needs bare minimum (bed, bathroom, shelf) then it is perfect if you need more like a fridge, more closet space, or anywhere to put your things if there’s more than one person than it might not be the perfect fit. The bed was super comfy, hot water available, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Perfect location as well seeing time square as soon as you walk out the building is definitely a perk you can’t get at other places. "
