I wasn’t happy with the car park the change me 60 for 2 night and the wasn’t any bottle of water in the room I have to hask for it everything else was good

Property was clean and well managed. Housekeeping was great where the manager also checked in. The only downside is that the room is quite small where it was difficult to find a spot to open up our luggage

This is a beautiful property right across from the magnificent Hyde Park. The tube and bus stop are just round the corner. The staff’s friendliness and attention to detail is superb. We also enjoyed an incredible view of the city from our comfortable bedroom. The room was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and biscuits in our room.

Pleasant surprise! Really liked the vibe of the hotel - rooms are well appointed and very bright even if a bit small. Many have great views towards Hyde Park. Quiet area and super assessable to Notting Hill, Marleybone, Mayfair etc., tube station next door, Paddington Station 10 min taxi ride and who doesn’t love a walk in Hyde Park which is right across the street. The staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful, really made the stay memorable!

Oh my goodness me… literally checked in 6 hours ago and am that blown away by this hotel I have needed to submit my review early! Check in was outstanding, greeted by Tobias and upgraded to a Hyde Park view, celebrating daughters 21st. Service so far exceptional, from door to room. Wow, wow, wow! We will really enjoy our couple of days here, and we will definitely return. Room is perfect.

Hotel is excellent. Restaurant is pretty good. However the bar lounge is average. Service is not at par for a 5 star hotel. Waited over 15 minutes to get service and 35 minutes for bar food.

The staff are amazing. They make your stay perfect. The hotel is beautiful and each room well thought out. As soon as we arrived our bags were taken off us and we had a lovely greeting. Reception staff where so friendly and helpful and we where given free afternoon tea as we had been selected as guests of the day (this was so nice as we had just buried my mum the week before and it was my husbands birthday that weekend). The room was beautiful and over looked Winter Wonderland. The room was spotless and so many nice touches. They even brought us cakes and cookies up. We had lunch in the bar which was so nice, relaxed and friendly staff. We had breakfast in our room which was so nice. Breakfast in the breakfast room was great. No faults with this hotel at all. We’ve stayed in many 5* hotels and this excels at what they do. The customers is priority to them. We will definitely will be staying again.

i was quite dissapointed , i thought the hotel was a bit tired and old , at Breakfast the service was terrible we had to clear our own tables

Not 5* - standard room but still expect a high level. Seals around the bath were unpleasant.. soft furnishings in the room really need a deep clean.
