This is a nice hotel but it is removed from the center of Oxford University, so is a bus or taxi ride away. It is nice hotel, very clean and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I sat in the lounge one late evening working and had the opportunity to observe the Deskman, Paul. He was the kindest, most accomodating person I have seen in such a position in a long time. Amazing person.

Great location for the park and ride into Oxford, even though it’s right next to a busy motorway it’s very quiet the rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly. Overall great experience.

The Staff at this property was beyond helpful and courteous. The breakfast was tasty and had many healthy food options. There were many options to choose from the breakfast buffet menu. The servers were friendly and responsive to the needs of the patrons. The dining facility was well-maintained.

Very nice staff. Nicer hotel than lot of the holiday inn we stayed in the past. Super clean, new room and good size. Restaurant was very nice for dinner and breakfast also very good !

I recently visited the Holiday Inn Oxford hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was clean and provided a peaceful atmosphere, which was appreciated. However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, during check-in, I found the front desk staff to be lacking in sincerity, which affected the overall impression of the service. Additionally, the room I stayed in was quite dark, and when I requested an extra lamp to brighten up the space, I was informed that it wasn't possible. This was disappointing as it hindered the comfort of the room. Lastly, there was a discrepancy with the parking fee. The staff quoted a price of £40 (I had no choice to paid), whereas in your Expedia website mentioned a fee of only £6 at the time of booking. This inconsistency was frustrating and should be addressed for better customer satisfaction.

It was a great experience staying at the hotel.the receptionist was great given us a great information.and the breakfast staff they were amazing and with my daughter they were great i was very pleased and happy.i will come back again at this hotel l.i would recommend staying at holiday inn at Oxford.

Really nice view, comfortable bed. Shower pressure was a bit weak but did the job. Super close to the services, so no need to hunt for them first thing in the morning

Good value, good stay.
Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. TV had no signal and I would prefer free wifi good enough to stream media on my laptop if the tv isn’t working but not a massive deal. I just think all hotels should include free, full wifi these days. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Parking at the hotel was cheap and easy and the park and ride is very close by so you can easily get into Oxford very cheaply £5 return for 2 adults). Or the hotel can get you a cab for about £10.

First visit on arrival. Lovely Lemon freshness. George was very welcoming. Booked in. Shown to Room. Beautiful. Spotless clean. I had forgotten my shower gel. But Provided is Dove Product’s. Sooo nice. Tea & Coffee. Comfortable beds. TV. WiFi. Provided. Plenty of parking. I have Disable Badges. So Free parking. Chose this place. Because they provide Food. I paid for breakfast. Amazing. Choice. Plenty of choices. Also evening meals. Had this also. Compliments to the Chef. I had a Sirloin steak. PERFECTLY cooked. Staff. Very friendly. Jacqui. Lovely lady. Breakfast time. Always ready to help when needed. And young Alfie. Evening. Charming very helpful. Lovely Atmosphere in the dining area. Colourful. Cheerful. Would Highly Recommend. Also I drove down to the town. Wasn’t sure about Parking. But found. Disability parking in Beaumont st. Free. Other parking also small fee. The reason for this visit. My grandson is a massive JRR Tolkien fan. And it was 50 th Anniversary. Had a wonderful visit. Holiday Inn. Was very reasonable. Great value. Thankyou to all staff.
