Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting places around Oxford. The location is perfect to tour in and around Oxford. The staff were very welcoming; reception area and bar very bright and clean. We were issued what was marked as a "queen" room but is really a double bed and pull out couch. The room ...
Arrived and asked if we wanted a room looking onto the carpark or the park we said park and got the carpark. Also the steps to the room were abit fragile and in the wet weather abit dangerous.
Excellent place to stay in Oxford. Quite good restaurant and good pub. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is within a short walk of city center, Pitt Rivers Museum, and a number of restaurants. The University is just blocks away. Highly recommend this hote.
Lovely old house great spa library and surroundings the food was good quality and the bar staff very friendly and accomodating. The bed was very comfortable and reception staff polite and friendly
My 3 day stay at the hotel was comfortable. Hotel staff are good. Basic amenities inside the room were OK. The room size was also good, with good view from the window. Con: Same breakfast on all 3 days turns you off. No restaurant facility
I stayed in the hotel for one night prior to an interview at a local company. The hotel was well located, easily accessible by taxi from Didcot Parkway. The room was well equipped, clean and the temperature was good. The staff were friendly at check in. The wifi was fast and reliable. There were ...
The hotel is very nice, rooms are very spacious and equipped with what you would expect. Only criticism really is the hotel is probably starting to look tired and used . Great breakfast
There are conference centres spread right across the county of Oxfordshire, from smaller non-residential establishments around the likes of Bicester and Brize Norton to grand venues such as Blenheim Palace. If you're looking for a conference centre anywhere in the county you'll also have easy access to a range of accommodation options, including B&Bs, guesthouses and smart hotels. However, to be sure of a base within close proximity of a suitable venue, guests often prefer not to take any chances and to book in to a specialist Oxfordshire conference centre hotel.
Whether you're visiting Oxfordshire with well-deserved leisure time in mind or are here for work-related purposes, the county offers a wealth of attractions that will make your stay a most enjoyable one. Oxfordshire has the infrastructure in place for productive business as well as sporting and leisure activities, and a conference centre hotel will be just the thing for a visiting executive. The staff will be well versed in handling the particular requirements of conference delegates and you'll have the front desk as a one-stop-shop for your personal and professional needs. As the majority of conference centre hotels in Oxfordshire are a short stroll or at the most a quick drive from the nearest conference venue, you'll be able to maximise your time effectively.
With conference centre hotels in Oxfordshire, such as The Frog in Henley-on-Thames and the Red Lion Hotel Adderbury in Banbury, offering all the facilities needed for a time-optimised flying business trip, they make the perfect choice for executives in a hurry. The conference venue itself will normally have a comprehensive range of facilities for business users, but as delegates may be attending over several days they'll also need a base where they can continue communicating with colleagues back at the office. A business suite at the hotel will address these requirements, and with high-speed in-room broadband and easy access to the likes of printers and fax machines, there's no reason to stop being productive. The hotel staff, too, will be trained especially to deal with the needs of professional guests.
