The indoor pool was shut down for renovation which NOTHING reflected online and the “free continental breakfast” wasn’t free most dishes were 9.99 and up after paying for 150.00 A NIGHT to stay here. Staff was friendly but corporate should be ashamed of getting these folks jumped on because they don’t update things on the websites
It was clean and spacious . There were a few sticky spots on carpet and a spider in my bed also the pool was closed which the website does not state. This could have easily gotten 5 stars if i didn't have any of these issues
Room was very dirty. Closet shelves (which are open) so dusty I didn’t hang clothes. Bathroom dirty. Mold was everywhere in the shower. I did not report this to staff there, as the manager needs to know and start inspecting the rooms.
The shower floor was dirty, the room was small for the price and Hilton brand, there were no extra blankets. It just didn't meet my expectations for the price nor what I'm used to for Hilton properties.
They did not have a room available until past 11:00pm. The front desk attendant attempted to the the room they did manage to find us due to housekeeper being gone for the night. We did not have a working shower. We were told our stay would be fully comped due to these unacceptable conditions. However, we have yet to receive a payment reimbursement.
The TV did not work; the a/c did not work and the inroom coffee pot was broken. There was construction around the hotel so parking was limited. I tried multiple times to speak to someone at the front desk and was never able to find anyone.
Breakfast area is not open on Monday. Bathroom was really out dated and in bad condition. They are upgrading the hotel so I believe it will be back to great status soon.
I booked this room specifically for the indoor pool for my son’s 9th birthday. When we got there to check in they told me my room was canceled due to water damage. They said the water damage occurred days before and no one bothered to call or email me. Poor communication skills and unprofessional. Very upsetting for my son.
It was good in the fact that they were pet friendly but carpet in sitting room smelled a little like dog. They served breakfast one morning out of the five days we stayed and it was not free although all the other hotels provided free breakfast every morning. They said due to low occupancy that they would discontinue breakfast service for the rest of the week which was inconvenient for us. They also closed the bar for the week as well. We paid more for this hotel than all the others around us and got less service.
Great overnight stay. Very friendly and professional staff!

Had to cancel my trip and received no refund or any response when I found I had to cancel. Hilton properties will never be used again. Not that any single person matters to a large company such as that.

Water pressure in facet terrible. Something is wrong

Very noisy. You can hear doors slamming really loud
But room conditions and sleeping condition was great
Property was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. They make cookies and popcorn in the afternoon. Somebody was always picking up trash in the parking lot. Lobby area is nice and spacious with a bar and restaurant.
This hotel was 240 a night. It felt like a motel 6. The patrons, the dining facility the pool and the overall presentation were simply aweful. You can put lipstick on a pig, but its still a pig. This is an inner city holiday inn no matter how you advertise it.
