The location of the hotel is perfect for travel around Oxford and surrounding areas.
Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety but what it did have, they did well.
Had an issue with ants in my room. Moved rooms and ended up with stains on my bedding/floor, was too tired to complain after already being exhausted driving up that morning, attending a whole day of meetings and trying to organise dinner.
Whilst staff were able to help me with my first room, I tried raising the issue of my second room after I got back home and was told nothing would come about it because I didn't raise any issues at checkout, even though I had pictures of the issue!
I expected a bit more from the Hotel. Not being able to deal with a customer issue post-checkout is strange.
