I never would have booked it if I had known. We also had some issues with heating, lighting and the fireplace not working, but Vacasa’s Customer Service was EXCELLENT and very professional and responsive and did all they could to rectify each situation. It was comfortable for the 4 of us and had everything we needed! The only problem was the air conditioning did not work - and it was a hot weekend. We weren’t expecting the cleanliness of the place. The room my family stayed at consisted of 3 floors, the first with two bedrooms and a bathroom, the second with the kitchen and living room, and the third with one bedroom and washroom. There were many unexpected additions to the room. There was a smart TV that enables visitors to login to their Netflix accounts as well as YouTube, utensils and plates were also provided in the kitchen, and THERE WAS A WASHER AND DRYER. Not only was the place clean but it was also very close to the Blue Mountain Village, only a 45 second walk!
