My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked. However, the common areas were not clean at all, and poorly maintained. The asphalt in the parking lot was breaking up, and there was trash here and there. Shrubs and trees were hanging over the sidewalk. This property needs a little more time spent on it.

Smelled like cigarettes and owner tried to tell me I smoked in there. The room smelled like cigarettes from the start and worse when I took a shower. I’m not one to complain and switch rooms it really only smelled in the bathroom. On my way out I told the front desk that it smelled like cigs and she didn’t really seem to care so I left and the hotel called and were being unprofessional and rude saying I was the one who smoked in the room.

The room was barely 12’x14’. We had to shuffle around the bed. The window seat over the heating/cooling unit was not comfortable to sit on. The heating/cooling unit could not properly regulate the temp of the room. It so hot when we entered and we had to mess with it all night… up and down trying to find a comfortable temperature. Hot water took forever. I feel like the $128 we paid was way too much.

Everything was clean. Beds were pretty comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. (Waffles were a little sour. Not sure if it was after taste from orange juice or if it was the batter used though) Would come back for another stay and would recommend ☺️

The property was convenient for where we were going. The property has had a face lift and looks nice. Amy, the pm front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pipes “sang” through my shower both mornings. The housekeeping staff on our floor accused my aunt of stealing from the cart on Sunday morning in the hallway. Really upset her. Super disappointed.

I did not care much for the parking arrangements. I would have preferred my car be visible from my room. The parking space available was around the corner and opposite end from my room.

for a 200. dollar night the facility is treated like a overnight motel. it was not cleanoverall. the toom included a sofa bed that had no linnen.

Beds need an upgrade not very comfortable, the staff is AMAZING super friendly and accommodating. the temp in the room does not regulate the best but I am always cold so it may be just me. Everything you may need from shopping to dining is minutes away.

The check in and check out ladies that helped me were very nice to me. The property is not a Hilton but my room although a bit small, was clean and it was warm, and the shower had hot water unlike the Hilton I stayed at the night before. I felt they appreciated my business. Thank you.
