When we checked in the staff was awesome, we received the wrong room, but the staff was so very awesome and helpful.
However, when I mentioned I have not slept whatsoever, I will be on the road tomorrow and I need a good nights sleep.
This bearded young man told me the following, "since you reserved a room through a third party, we cannot do anything to jelp you, next time book your stay through Hilton and we can help you with these issues."
I responded, that your customer service lacks.
"He responded, well, that is just the way it is."
I am a Hilton Honors Reward member. It upsets me to be treated such as this by such a rude individual as he ridiculed me for booking my stay through TRIVAGO.
This is simply uncalled for.
