Noisy Hotel

Posted 17-Sep-2016
The hotel is located on a very busy road. It makes it very noisy and hard to sleep. They have no on site staff. The rooms are in need of some updates. If it's all that is left it's ok.

Good spot off the beach but close to everything.

This place is close to everything. You have a beautiful view of the sound. The entire place could be updated. But for the price you can't beat it.

Gedateerd appartement op prima locatie.

Posted 02-Aug-2016
Goede service.

Conveniently located to Nags Head and Manteo

Posted 24-Jul-2016
Location: Beach. Water sports. Some shopping.
It was the first time we stayed in a place where there is no front desk or anything to speak of. However, we didn't have any need to contact reception, so it worked out fine for us. The room has a nice kitchenette, which came in very handy, nice wood floors, but there was no soap in the shower the first day or two. The bed was fairly comfortable. The ceiling fan was nice. It was also nice that it wasn't located on the main highway through the Outer Banks.

DO NOT BOTHER STAYING HERE!

Posted 25-Jun-2016 on Hotels
Horrible! Do not bother staying at this property. Beds were worn & uncomfortable. Cleaning service was awful (beds not made -despite request, trash not taken out, floor not vacuumed, wet floor at left in bathroom, towels not replaced) and when notified, response was indifferent. No Hotel personnel on sight, so no response (towels brought by) is available. Ice machine has only non-consumable ice??? No ice available for drinks! A very disappointing property... I recommend you stay anywhere else at the Outer Banks that you can find!

Don't Bother!

Posted 24-Jun-2016 on Hotels
Beds were worn and made for uncomfortable rest. Received poor service regarding cleaning the room, fresh linens, trash removed, towels replaced. The location and setting was nice but the beds & the service make this a place we would not recommend, nor would we return to it.

We made a reservatio, but received no information and they were closed at 8 pm on a Monday. No clue what room we were in or how to get in. "Albert" from Hotels.com assisted us in finding our room by giving us a room code and we walked and checked each door until one opened. Never again will I stay here.
