The Kathi holiday home is a comfortably furnished wooden house. In 2011, the thermal insulation was improved to energy-saving standards, all windows were renewed and fitted with roller shutters and fly blinds. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2017. All interiors were renovated in 2019. In 2021, the outdoor area was extended and redesigned with a terrace. The living room is equipped with satellite TV with Dolby surround system and DVD player. A fibre optic connection offers easy internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hobs, oven, microwave, egg cooker, toaster, fridge, freezer and dining counter for 2 people. There is also a Tassimo coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. A washing machine with tumble dryer is also available. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed 2x 90x190 cm. It is also possible to set up the existing toddler bed here. Another bedroom has a double bed 140x190 cm. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed 90x190 cm each. The bicycles you bring with you can be stored in the storage room at the house. Sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue are available. There is a sandpit and sand toys for the children. Board games and books are also available.

Local description : Otterndorf, the green town by the sea, has a well-kept town centre with many beautifully restored half-timbered houses. The Latin school and the farmer's cathedral are well worth a visit. Museums for all tastes offer an insight into life in a merchant's house or an overview of modern art. Sport is very important. The saltwater spa offers indoor and outdoor pools as well as a spacious sauna area. A wide variety of events are organised throughout the year.
