This property’s photos are misleading. There is linen and curtains stacked in one of the windows, paint peeling, dirty rooms and dining area. There are boxes stacked to the ceiling in the lobby, broken and soiled ceiling tiles, and just disgusting desk staff!

Was forced to take a horrible room in front of lobby which felt very unsafe with people coming and going, and it bothered my dog. The motel was just trying to aggravate my dog further so they could charge me hundreds extra for my dog being reactive & bothered & so they could kick me out for it to make more money off me. I had to book a stay elsewhere

The room was pretty cramped, badly laid tile in the bathroom, and noisy due to lack of sound barriers. It sounded like an elephant upstairs but I think they were doing normal activity but I could hear everything. The coffee dispenser was obviously not cleaned since when I went to get coffee, it shot out chunks of dried coffee. They only provided dry creamer packets for coffee or tea. No additional amenities such as a gym which was disappointing. I would not stay here again.

We had stayed at this property in 2021 and were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms refreshed and the breakfast space and lobby much brighter and more welcoming.

The room was small but basically clean. The short coming was that there was no place to hang clothing. Not a closet or even a hang bar to hold a jacket or any clothing what so ever. They need to install some hang bars

I stayed at the hotel this past weekend and my rooms AC unit was broken with the switch and sounded insanely loud. A button was missing from it. Room felt dirty. Bathroom tub was very small and the floors of the bathroom were slippery when wet almost to the point where it’s as if someone put soap on them. This also was the case when it was not wet as well. The bed pretty sure was broken since you felt like it was concaving in the middle.

Don’t Judge by the Cover
We had a quick family wedding in the area. Looked for a place just to put our heads down and get ready. For our family of 6 this is one of the only places we have ever seen a room with 3 queen beds. (2 adult 4 children) Price and adequate accommodations made it perfect! Yes the hotel is not the greatest looking and could use some renovations, but the customer service was top notch. Check-in, quick and easy, room space fantastic, shower didn’t work but the gentleman had it fixed FAST, with no delay. Did not put a hiccup in our schedule!

Location is great and you can tell that the property has mostly been well cared for. The air conditioning unit in my room was LOUD, as in a semi truck starting every time it came on. Additionally, the unit itself was missing buttons and seemed to be in disrepair.

I arrived at my room to find the lock was taped on with 4 pieces of scotch tape. There was a white substance spattered on the floor there were hairs in the bathroom sink the lamp shade had been broken off with a sharp peace remaining. The curtains were falling. The room was filthy I was not offered room. The manager has told me I will not be getting a refund.

The desk staff was friendly enough. The thermostat in the room did not work. The room was clean, beds were comfortable enough, but shower was clogging. I would probably go down the street if the price was right.

The room I received had a broken shelf/hanging rack…. It was hanging from the wall with two screws. (Should have had at least 4). The bathroom was poorly maintained. The room smelt like humid mold. The lamps didn’t have any shades on them. I’m glad I only needed to sleep for a few hours.

It served our purpose as a stop over to our destination. The small rack for hanging clothes was coming off the wall but the sink, shower and toilet worked fine. It is fine if all you are looking for a decent bed and that’s it. The staff was very nice and friendly

The front desk attendant was kind and welcoming, and the lobby is well decorated. When I went up the stairs, there was a heavy aroma of food - it smelled good, but it was intense. The first room I was in was ok - the linens were clean, the carpet is new, the bathroom was clean. Except for the shower head. I used my travel dish soap and a cloth to clean of the pink mildew. That was gross. Then I found that my door didn't lock so I called the front desk and he asked me to come down. So I packed my things and went down. I found 2 attendants at the desk, and one went to check my door but wanted me to come with him. So I lugged my stuff back upstairs to follow him. He jiggled the handle, and the door locked - great! I opened it with the key, let it close, then was able to simply push it open. He said I would be ok because there are locks inside. I asked for a room that locked as I was traveling alone and this didn't feel safe. So back down the stairs I go for them to begrudgingly reprogram my key for a door that latches. The other room was also clean, with dirty furniture. When I got ready for bed, I turned on the bathroom light for the entire 3 bulb fixture to flicker and then shut off. The floor lamp had a shade broken off so that light was bright enough to illuminate the bathroom enough to use. I had a terrible night's sleep on a very uncomfortable bed and rock hard pillows, then got out of there.
