It’s dated. The room was so so clean but tiny! Bed was comfortable. The usb charger to plug in my phone charger didn’t work which was a hassle. Otherwise, the gym was nice and big but not enough weight selection (5-50lbs only 1 set is not enough).

Pool was excellent. Such a large pool! Restaurant was very good, lots of options. Junior suite was amazing. Lots of room for four people (two adults and two kids) and a dog. The carpet in the rooms was a bit dated and the bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise the rooms were excellent. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Ottawa. Thank you for your hospitality and warm welcome.

I love their selfie wall, and we arrived on international women's day and they gave the women a treat box. Little thoughtful ways to up level their service.

This hotel is dated. Peeling wallpaper, the plugs between the beds didn’t work etc. The room was nice enough but the bathroom was tiny. It did however have a great pool that kept my son entertained.

This is the worst hotel. I stayed and the shower did not work. No warm water or pressure. They offered me partial points not even sufficient to stay another evening. Avoid. Terrible management

Pretty good stay. I’d come back.
The hotel was nice and in a pretty central location (a little far from byward though). Pool is convenient but a little messy (towels round). The sink was clogged and there were a few wonky unfinished things in the room. But the bed was comfortable. Lobby restaurant buffet only ok for the price. There’s a Tim hortons and McDonald’s nearby.

Amazing customer service, quite helpful staff. Hotel only offers underground parking which was not convenient for us, but definitely logical for the weather. I recommend this place to stay in Ottawa.
