We are on the road most of the time and therefore we stay in hotels. We always book 5 rooms for our group. We got in around 11:30 and the receptionist was very dis-organize First he only had four rooms and even though I was show him my confirmation for five rooms , this guy was telling me he only had 4 rooms for us . After I showed him our confirmation of our 5 rooms then he said it wasn’t his fault. Finally he gave us five keys for what we thought was going to be for 5 rooms but come to find out he give us the same room twice. It took us a good 45 minutes to get everything sort it out. I felt bad for the clerk because it was obvious he was either not experience or very disorganized . Either or it was not a very pleasant night

Stayed just for one night but I was impressed. Generally, for the price I paid, this hotel is outstanding. The room is extremely clean, quiet, and kid-friendly. The breakfast has a lot of choices, e.g., waffle, cereal, muffin, bacon, sausage, and egg, except for fruit (but that’s ok). We will definitely come back this summer for a couple more days' stay!

Terrible experience going to this hotel. The hotel system had an error while checking in so although i had paid for the room already through Expedia I could not get the room because theyre system would not process the payment for the security deposit. The kicker to it all is that the room is non refundable so altough i slept in my truck on a bunch of boxes in a parking lot, I still had to pay for the room. Have contacted Choice Group to try to speak with them to prevent something like this in the future but in reality ill never consider or recommend this chain of hotels to anybody.
