"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

Pokoje čisté a pěkné, já měla balkon a ten byl také fajn. Personál jsem zažila dvě směny. Jedna byla profi fajn, ale druhá nic moc. Unylá slečna na snídani a paní recepční, co v pracovní době učí žáky cizí jazyk či co a když ho neučí, tak si povídá s unylou slečnou, že už jsem na snídaní dost dlouho a že snad už půjdu. "Basic accomodation clean friendly and convenient"

"I was promised a room "on the ground floor" which is what I requested because I have arthritis in my knees and have a problem walking up and down the stairs. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a normal ground floor. To get to your room on the ground floor you have to negotiate 5 stairs down and then 5 stairs up; that made each trip to and from my room a painful experience."

"The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. It is the main downside of the hotel."
