"Warm welcome and beautiful room. Ate lunch in the Nelson bar on my own while waiting for partner to arrive and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Same waiter on the evening - George. He was chatty funny and even sung for us - a fabulous member of staff. The room was beautiful and spa experience was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the live piano music on the evening with a cheeky cocktail or two! Will definitely stay again! "

"Location is perfect and a nice walk into the main shopping area. Lots of local restaurants and bars and very close the the race course if you are visiting for the races. Hotel its self is very good and the gym is perfect for what I needed it for on the move. "

"We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had booked a superior king bedroom but they had upgraded us to a suite which was so special, there was a card in the room congratulating us on our 16th anniversary. Such lovely touches to make the experience truly memorable. The bed was huge, comfortable and clean. The suite was spacious with a great view of the beautiful city of Chester. The breakfast was very tasty from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the home baked pastries. I would recommend the Chester Grosvenor to everyone and anyone, particularly if you are celebrating something and want a memorable experience.
