The property itself is located in the immediate vicinity of the small, idyllic harbor on Prerowstrom. The north beach can be reached in about 15 minutes. The north-facing balcony offers a breathtaking view of the unique landscape and bustle of the sailboats at the small harbor. For water sports enthusiasts there is a boat and canoe rentals on site. 3 parking spaces garden shed usable as Fahrradschuppen Gargenmöbel, beach chair on the terrace from May to October deck chairs captain\`Hus in Prerow -Neustpannten 5-star holiday on the Darß Arrive and feel at home! #### Tolles Haus in idyllischer Hafenlage

Ganz neu, in geschmackvollem Design und mit sehr guter, hochwertiger und vollständiger Ausstattung. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt! PS - Tipp: Wegen Reeddach im Außenbereich verständlicherweise kein Holzkohle-Grillen / offenes Feuer erlaubt. Schön wäre es, wenn daher zukünftigen Mietern mittelfristig ein zulässiger Elektro- oder Gasgrill bereitgestellt werden könnte?! ;-)
