Our 70 m² detached house in Sweden style (non-smoker, 2 to 6 adults + 1 child up to 3 years in the children's travel bed) is located close to the beach, directly in the dune forest of Baabe. The wooden house is comfortably furnished with lots of light natural wood and at the same time modern, comfortable and fully equipped. The modern comfort kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine (without coin), coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, cleaning utensils and the comfort of a floor heating system Port for high program diversity and a DVD player with radio. A cozy large living area and fireplace with viewing window completes our interior. And so you can enjoy your holiday with us completely relaxed, all costs for electricity, water and heating as well as the WLAN are included in the price! The house has a total of three bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x boxspring beds each 0.80 m x 2.00 m) and wardrobe and provide enough space for 1x additional travel cot (included). The third bedroom has two boxspring beds (each 0,80 m x 2,00 m) - one can also assemble and wardrobe In the ground floor as well as the upper floor are a daylight bathroom with large mirror, WC, shower and hairdryer. In addition in the bathroom (OG) is still a Thermium (Infrarotsauna). At the living / dining area is the covered terrace (south / east) with table, chairs and barbecue. From there you can look directly at the dunes, where you can enjoy the diversity of nature even more. A private parking space belongs to the stand house. Do you have 1 pet you want to bring? This is possible for a surcharge. If you are on the spot, we have additional additional offers (for a fee) directly in the dunes. For example, For example in the sauna in our wellness area in the basement of our backshop relax. In our own bakery you will receive daily fresh in the season: rolls, groceries, daily newspapers, breakfast, coffee & cake and more (closing times always from 07\. 01\. - 1 week before Easter). The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 12,00 € per person or supplement by own. Our beach houses are located in a green forest idyll in the Baaber Dünenpark directly on Baabe's fine sand beach. From your doorstep you walk only a few meters directly across the dunes to the beach. We offer you on the beach a dream vacation in our comfortable and comfortable equipped beach house with 70m² living space (up to 6 persons), three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fireplace, (floor) heating and sauna in the nearby wellness area on request provide also in the winter for Wohlbehagen. All shops for the daily needs as well as various shopping possibilities are within a radius of approx. 1,5 km. In the season, Baabes supermarkets are also open on Sundays. In the tourist tax is the use of our "Lüttbahn" (stops nearby), with which you can drive free within Baabe. The nature around our beach houses invites you to walks and bike tours. By bicycle, the car and partly with our nostalgic "Rasenden Roland" you can reach R��gen's sights, B. Cape Arkona, the chalk cliffs, the royal chair, the hunting lock Granitz. Good proximity to beach, playground, etc. The rooms are very close together and with no door between the living area and sleeping rooms it was impossible to have different sleeping times. Our two main issues were with the unreliable and limited wi-fi and Corona compliance at the Backshop. You had to login to the network every time you looked at your phone (device) It would be next to impossible to do any work there or do much travel planning. Wir waren in den Februarferien, es war ruhig und schön, mitten im Kiefernwald, dort stehen die Häuser. Also wer im Sommer viel Sonne mag, für den ist es eher nix. Es stehen ringsherum die Ferienhäuser, relativ nah, wer Ruhe haben will, sollte hier eher keinen Urllaub machen oder im Winter. Der Strand ist 1 min. entfernt, Bäcker 2min. entfernt. Lage des Hauses ist in der hintersten Reihe , aslo nicht gleich an der kleinen Durchfahrtstraße. Im Haus war alles da, was gebraucht wird, wie bechrieben. Promenade zum Schlendern sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Spar im Ort ca. 1km, gibt auch eien Lidl ca. 1,5km. Im Sommer ist natürlich mehr los, als im Winter.
