It sleeps 2 to 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years in travel cot. The allergy-friendly Non smoking apartment is located on the ground floor and is therefore well suited for families with children and for older guests. The apartment has a seating area with a sunshade covered terrace overlooking the coastal forest and an additional barbecue area. The living area is furnished with a cozy corner couch (leather), coffee table and sideboard. Entertainment options in the evenings or in inclement weather include an LCD TV, Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system with CD and USB connection. Even on an internet connection (WLAN), you need not do without. This is inclusive. A stove for warmth completes the comfort. Firewood is not included. The fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, div. Kitchen utensils are completed by the dining area at the panoramic window. One of the 2 bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe and an LCD TV. The bedrooms are provided with a modern vinyl flooring. The bedrooms are provided for a comfortable sleep Blinds and insect screens. In all other rooms tiles have been laid. For a pleasant warmth throughout the house moved underfloor heating makes. The bathroom is completed with a flat shower tray, a washstand, a toilet, hairdryer and a heated towel rail. The guest bathroom was also equipped with a heated towel rail. Both bathrooms are also equipped with mosquito nets. For our younger guests 1x high chair is included. Pets are not allowed. A parking space is located on the property. Brought or borrowed bikes can accommodate you in our own closet. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. The newly built holiday home "Hedgehog building" with its 2 apartments is located in a quiet location in a dead end street in the Baltic resort of Baabe. The first purchase took place in September 2014\. oriented south, the land is located near the forest and is ideal for hiking and cycling. Storage facilities for your bikes are available. The beach can be reached in 8 to 10 minutes (700 m). The central location of the shops are within walking distance in a few minutes. The same applies to activities with the "Rasender Roland", the famous museum railway as well as the bus traffic. 1.5 km away is the "Ahoi!", A large leisure and family bathroom with sauna area. ## Property amenities ### Beach - Obwohl im Inserat auf den Ausbau der Strasse hingewiesen wurde, waren doch die Beeinträchtigungen erheblich. An zwei Vormittagen gebe es keine Stromversorgung (unangekündigt) und an den letzten beiden Miettagen fiel die Internetverbindung komplett aus. Des Weiteren waren auch am Samstag Lärmbelästigungen bis in die Abendstunden vorhanden (Strassenbaumaschinen, Rüttelplatte usw.). Aufgrund unserer Beschwerden vor Ort wurde uns vom Vermieter ein kostenloser Zusatztag (Sonntag) angeboten, der aber alles in Allem nicht über die ärgerlichen Zustände vor Ort hinwegtröstete. Die Wohnung und die Lager des Objekts sind allerdings sehr gut und nach den Ausbauarbeiten (soll Ende November enden) dann wieder zu empfehlen ! ##### Anke H. ---
