The resort consists of 3 detached houses and is only about 80 meters from the fine sandy beach. Based on the local resort architecture, the sea view conditioning adds a beneficial to the environment. The apartments have a high level of comfort and make your holiday dream come true. In the main house there is a spa with indoor pool, sauna and relaxation room (inclusive) where you can relax. An underground parking will ensure that your car is safely housed. Cafes and restaurants invite you to linger in the system. Another highlight is the Müther shell construction (restaurant Inselparadies Baabe), which has been renovated, restored and lovingly integrated into the sea view. From here you have a fantastic view over the wide Baltic Sea. The apartment Nautica (A1\. 10) located in the main building A on the 1st. Upstairs and has a courtyard balcony. House Seaview A 1\. 10 Nautica with balcony: Your Non smoking / Apartment Nautica has been furnished and furnished with great attention to detail. You live in a 40 sqm 2-room apartment, which is designed for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is located in the first Floor and is easily accessible by elevator. In the apartment you will find a combined living / kitchen and dining area. The integrated spacious kitchen leaves with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and other practical helpers nothing to be desired. In the living room is also a dining area and a comfortable couch available, which. In a few simple steps to 2 Sleeping place (sofa bed dimensions 1.60 x 2.00 m) can be converted. Rounding out the living area with a LED TV, Blu-Ray player and a music system. Even on an internet connection (WLAN), you still enjoy the holiday. This is included for you! The balcony is accessible and fully furnished from the living / dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1,60m x 2,00m), bedside consoles, small flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. Also 1x travel cot (without mattress and bed ticking) and 1x high chair are provided to our little guests (included). The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and towel radiator. A private parking space (23) is located in the garage of the house. Also 1 pet is a welcome guest in the apartment. In the basement you have the possibility to use a washing machine / dryer for a fee. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. In the second Every week of January, the swimming pool is closed for maintenance. Disabilities can sometimes happen in the hallway. Sehr gut war natürlich der inbegriffene Tiefgaragenstellplatz für unser Fahrzeug. Das „Zimmer“ war gut mit dem Fahrstuhl zu erreichen. Wünschenswert wäre jedoch gewesen, die Tiefgarage auszuschildern wie was wohin. Wir haben gut 5min, mit den Koffern im Schlepptau, die Fahrstühle geschweige das Treppenhaus gesucht auf gut Glück, die richtige Tür zu erwischen bzw zu finden. Für Dauergäste ansonsten kein Problem wenn man sich einmal zu recht gefunden hat. Nochmal zur Anmerkung „Hotel“. Von außen wirkt es wie ein Hotel bestückt mit vielen Balkons. Befindet man sich tatsächlich im Domizil, findet man lange Gänge vor sich, teils verwirrend, links und rechts behaftet mit vielen Türen. Hier ist die Wegweisung wohlgemerkt sehr gut. Kommt man in seinem Zimmer an, mussten wir sagen „Oha“. Es ist tatsächlich eine gut 40m2 kleine Wohnung mit Balkon im IKEA Stil. Eine offene Wohnküche, ein separates Schlafzimmer inbegriffen mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank als zusätzlich halbem Zimmer, haben uns wohlauf begrüßt. Die Küche wirkt hochwertig, die E-Geräte sprechen von Markenartikeln. Das Badezimmer ist ausreichend von seiner Größe. Darin befindet sich eine geräumig, ebenerdige Dusche. Einziges Manko war die Toilette: „Des Deckels Schrauben müssten wieder mal nachgezogen werden“. Dieser war sehr wacklig und das nicht erst seit dem Anreisetag (Nautica A10.1) Das Wohnzimmer war ausreichend gross, sodass unser Hund (Australian Shepard) auch seinen Platz finden durfte. Der Fernseher wurde abends gern genutzt. Der Netflix Account hat leider nicht funktioniert. Letztlich hatten wir zur Sicherheit unseren FireTV Stick dabei, wo wir unseren eigenen Account darauf besaßen. Wiederum sind wir primär aber auch nicht zum fernseh gucken in den Urlaub gefahren. Das normale Programm hätte es zur Not ggf. auch getan. Im Schlafzimmer befand sich im übrigen ein zweiter TV. Das Bett war ausreichend groß (Französisches Bett 160x200). Ein kleines Highlight war der begehbare Kleiderschrank. Dieser bot genügend Platz für uns zwei. Zur Lage selbst des „Hotels“ kann man sagen, besser geht es gar nicht mehr. Es befand sich gefühlt 20m davor ein Bäcker, welcher morgens eine Vielzahl an Brötchen, Croissants und andere Leckereien bot. Die Anlage selbst war sehr gepflegt. Der Strand war unmittelbar fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden gern wiederkommen. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Berger / Schubert ##### Thomas B. Unmittelbar am Strand gelegen. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Bäcker, bei dem man leckere Brötchen zum Frühstück bekommt. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, sind die dicht an dicht gelegen Balkone.
