### Vacation apartment no. 1 Ostseeglück - Villa Wauzi

2-room apartment for up to 4 people + baby, wheelchair accessible with terrace, free Wi-Fi, kitchenette, washing machine, TV Flatscreen and free parking space, 150m to the beach. The bright and friendly 2-room apartment No. 1 "Ostseeglück" is located in the basement of Villa Wauzi and invites you to spend a cozy holiday for two or as a family on almost 60 square meters. The spacious living and kitchen area with adjoining terrace is high-quality and color coordinated so that nothing is missing. A very spacious bedroom with a box-spring double bed can accommodate 2 adults. In the living room, an additional 2 persons can be accommodated on a pull-out double sofa bed as well as an additional person in the pull-out armchair. An extra bed on request for a toddler up to 2 years in a travel cot is also possible.  
The apartment is located on the quiet backside of Villa Wauzi and promises relaxing and restful nights. It includes free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. A parking space in the yard is included, a lockable garaging for bicycles available in the house. The apartment has an intercom. Your valuables will be securely sealed in the in-room safe.  
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, so that nothing stands in the way of self-sufficiency. An integrated washing machine with drying rack allows additional flexibility on site. Make-up mirror and hairdryer are in the bathroom. With a table and chairs on the terrace, you can enjoy the days in the sun from afternoon until late in the evening.  
The entire apartment is wheelchair accessible and therefore wheelchair accessible. All facilities such as sink, stove, sink, etc. are accessible. The shower and all door thresholds, also to the terrace, are accessible at ground level and barrier-free. The basement can be accessed via the staircase by means of an integrated lift. Whether door widths or handles of doors and windows, bathroom equipment, kitchen unit or sleeping area, everywhere care was taken to cater for the needs of wheelchair users and also to provide sufficient space for turning around.  
To the "Villa Wauzi" belongs a small park with barbecue area and integrated sitting area, so that you can let your holiday evenings in the sunlight with freshly grilled in the garden.   
  
The 2003 built 4 star superior "Villa Wauzi" (DEHOGA  
Classification) promises accessibility for wheelchair users according to DIN 18024 and 18025\. to  
Opening was the house of "Barrierefreies Rostock e. V. "and" Without barrier  
e. V. "and classified as wheelchair accessible. In the basement are  
Wheelchairs with battery charging stations. Access to the building takes place  
through an electric entrance door (89x210cm), which is also available to all guests without  
Handycap meets, for. B. when transporting stroller, beach equipment  
or heavy purchases. You can access the apartments via the staircase or via the integrated, disabled-friendly elevator. Until 2013, Villa Wauzi operated as part of a hotel specializing in handicap guests. Accordingly, the apartments of Villa Wauzi are handicapped accessible. The location of the villa directly on the beach road and thus promenade of Baabe is excellent, right in the heart of the village, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops and also close to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. To the "Villa Wauzi" belongs a small park with barbecue area and  
integrated sitting area, so that your holiday evenings in the open with fresh  
Let the grilled finish off. In the courtyard there is an associated parking space for each apartment.

Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen. Ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Perfekt auch für Rollstuhlfahrer durch den Fahrstuhl und der geräumigen Zimmer. Absolut zu empfehlen

Es war ein super Wohnung, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß u barrierefrei. Gut für Hundebesitzer, da für alle genugend Platz ist. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder
