"Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room/bathroom were definitely showing their age."

"While beds were made properly it's clear that the room was poorly cleaned toilet and faucet hardware had clear signs of use from water and soap scum. The tub was unsafe to use in my opinion due to black residue that looked like mold and red stains. Bathroom tiles had clear indications that it was not washed as there were soap scum marks and water marks on the walls. Due these findings we only spent the night and checked out after day 1 of a 3 night stay. Hotel would not respond to Expedias calls to process a refund. Will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Would not recommend. Especially if booking through a third party like expedia."

"We spent 10 days in Florida at the house. It was perfect for us as we had our 2 grown children and spouses with us. The house was set up perfectly for us as everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The backyard was sensational with a full enclosed pool with a screen and a fenced in yard for our puppy. The kitchen was full of the necessities and even had most of the consumables that you’d expect. We cooked a lot and even grilled out in the backyard. We liked that the house was in a residential neighborhood and close to everything. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I highly recommend if you are looking for a home to rent this one."

"The hallway carpets were dirty and stained. There was a musty smell in the halls and room. Their bathtub had black stains and the molding was separated from tub. We left after the first night."

"Check in was fine, they have Breakfast in the morning. Only issue we had was the thermostat wasn't working right away, had to mess with it and then it worked."
