Great location. Clean and Comfortable room. Friendly staff. We went out for breakfast even though some fruit etc was available in the morning.

There is something about this place that gets under your skin — a 13th-century building that has somehow managed to feel like home the moment you walk in. The history alone is staggering, but what really makes it special is the people. Alessandro was everywhere — and we mean that in the best possible way. Yes, he is the sommelier, and he is outstanding at it, but he was also there at breakfast, leading the room, making everyone feel looked after. He is not just a wine expert, he is a true host. The kind of person who sets the tone for an entire property. And Simona — we kept saying she was the best person we encountered the entire trip. Just genuinely warm and present in a way that is hard to find.
