"This place is spotlessly clean. Beautiful view of the sunset on my 47th floor room. So convenient to Busan Station with a walkway from the hotel area. It was a little high tech for light switches and toilet flushing but figured it out. Like the fact that the security guard is at the desk as soon as you enter. Beautiful building! "

"Loved the location (walking distance from and connected via above-ground walkways tp Busan Train Station), and it felt like a home away from home. The views were great and the apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Check-in was seamless but a bit confusing but if you follow the instructions, it's not too bad. I would stay here again, and highly recommend it for families who need a kitchen, fridge and washer/dryer. You don't have access to the pool or gym."

"This is the perfect cozy location if you want to be right on the beach. I was able to stay here and watch the amazing fireworks from my balcony, and it was the most picture perfect view. So much action just outside, it's right on the boardwalk, in the middle of the strip. Restaurants and convenience stores right there. The elevator is a little slow, but that's ok. "It’s excellent. We have everything we need in the hotel: Microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, washing/drying machine, stove. Toiletries were provided. It’s also very clean! It’s near the beach. Convenience stores are all over the place. Bus stops around the corner too. It was an easy check in and check out. The only downside was that host speaks/writes only in Korean, I had to translate everytime. We had a great stay and I will actually book again if given a chance to go back to Busan!"

"Once I got in touch with the hotel communication was good. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time. (they only take cash) Was about $21 dollars to do that"
