Better than we expected for the reviews, but overpriced for what you get. We booked out of desperation on a busy tournament weekend where nothing else was available elsewhere. We were worried after the reviews looked scary, but overall it wasn’t as bad as we expected. The bedding was clean but not much else was. We checked for bedbugs and seemed to be clear. There was a white powder on the bedside table which is concerning…god knows what that might have been and it’s not hard to wipe down surfaces between quests. The rooms are VERY small but do the trick. The beds are decent but super crunchy and loud due to all the extra mattress protector layers (I’m assuming due to the frequent reviews about bed bugs…so definitely worth the trade off). The parking is a serious problem and the “free parking” claim is a bit if a false advertisement since their lot was full as well as all the nearby lots. It’s not a great area to walk a distance at night. The fridge worked but was noisy and was at first not very cold, then later froze our food (we didn’t touch the settings). We were there with a group and they kindly offered us the breakfast area to go sit downstairs where we wouldn’t bother other guests. The breakfast was super basic but did the trick. Overall we were pleasantly surprised as our expectations were a solid 1 star hotel.

It’s old, rooms are small, doesn’t give you a good feeling. Staff was very friendly, but the ambiance is not good. Parking is awful, you have to park across the street and their parking is limited. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

We asked for a room with a bathtub as last time we had only a shower and there was no bath plug so we had to buy a bath plug to use the tub, construction going on outside our door in the hallway all day long breakfast was very very minimal and the room was anything but clean

Avoid this hotel. We’ve stayed in many hotels and this was the worst! Here’s the list of reasons: - I booked for 3 nights. Not once did housekeeping come in to clean/empty garbage/freshen linens or towels. - at check in I was told to park on the street because their lot was full. I did. I got a ticket and the hotel staff were rude and wouldn’t honour their mistake. - parking in the area is awful. They don’t have enough spots to accommodate their guests. I will avoid this chain of hotels going forward.

After the first night we didn’t get our room cleaned and the cleaning staff put a card on our door. It said they were unable to clean our room because we had a do not disturb card on the door. Our room doesn’t have a do not disturb card. I went to discuss this with the front desk and they said it would be “taken care of”, the next day, same thing. 3 days, no cleaning, no new towels. After that I went to the front desk again and the front desk staff looked in their binder where the first person had made a note of our complaint and said our room would be cleaned. Still nothing was done. We had one set of towels for 2 people. Ridiculous! After speaking with them on the phone and in person, still nothing was done to remedy the problem. It’s a failure of the cleaning staff and the front desk staff and there’s no manager available at any time.

The rooms are old but updated. The fridge didn't work and we didn't realize it wasn't working until the day we left. The curtains were hooked up with zip ties. The carpet in the room needed to be shampooed and the mattress covers had stains on them. There were crackheads outside by the 2 bars that are on each side of the hotel. The walls ate very thin that the people in the room above us were having sex for an hour and we could hear everything. One of the cleaners was rude when we asked for more towels and didnt give her the wet ones. The price was good but cleanliness and the surrounding area need some work.
