After the first night we didn’t get our room cleaned and the cleaning staff put a card on our door. It said they were unable to clean our room because we had a do not disturb card on the door. Our room doesn’t have a do not disturb card. I went to discuss this with the front desk and they said it would be “taken care of”, the next day, same thing. 3 days, no cleaning, no new towels. After that I went to the front desk again and the front desk staff looked in their binder where the first person had made a note of our complaint and said our room would be cleaned. Still nothing was done. We had one set of towels for 2 people. Ridiculous! After speaking with them on the phone and in person, still nothing was done to remedy the problem. It’s a failure of the cleaning staff and the front desk staff and there’s no manager available at any time.
