"This is a 19th century house renovated into first floor and second floor apartments. It’s a great alternative to some sub-standard area hotels. Nice touches in the 2nd floor unit are hard to beat: Plush towels, very comfortable beds and good quality sheets, and good living space. The kitchen is furnished with every appliance, pan and utensil you need during your stay. Very clean. Nice color coordination and not over-decorated, it feels like it could be home if you lived there. Generous coffee/tea/cocoa options, bottled water and a fun basket of snacks that’s hard to resist. Spacious back yard for relaxing. Stairs going up to the unit may be hard for some to ascend, but a small deck at the entrance is good to enjoy. I’d stay here again on a next visit."

"This place is stunning and big!! Very safe, everything is locked but easily accesible with your room key card and the parking lot is well lit. Located right on the salmon river, they have a walkway to it for guest use which is very pretty! It's about 2 hours from the Adirondacks, depending where you're going. They have a fire pit and free smores kits and cornhole games for guest use. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and so clean! Every staff member I encountered were so kind and helpful!! I'll definitely be back!"

"Get place to stay! We were able to check in early which was great. The place was clean and the bedroom were very spacious. It had direct access to the ATV trails for Oswego, Jefferson, & Lewis County. If we are ever in that side of the Hill we would definitely book again. Thanks!"

"We wanted a clean and convenient yet affordable place to stay while we fished on Lake Ontario. This was all these things. Plenty of parking for both our truck and boat (16ft). Chris is very responsive. We would definitely stay again. "
