For a single room it was fairly roomy. The Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of eastern and western dishes. It is also walkable to Osaka castle.

Hotel is at Kyobashi area. Walking distance to train about 7 Minutes and 15 minutes to Osaka Castle. There are also small malls and dining options around Kyobashi area. One train ride to Universal Studio and also 15 minutes train ride to Shn Osaka. Breakfast buffets is also good. But need to change few items every day. Overall the stay is great.

THE ONSEN IS EXCELLENT BUT CLOSE AT 10 P.M. IS A BIT EARLIER, ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE AFTER DINNER AND WANT A MASSAGE OR ONSEN. IF CHANGE THE WORKING HOUR AND CLOSE AT 11 P.M. WOULD BE MUCH BETTER.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were rock solid. A front desk employee went above and beyond helping with an Uber Eats order that was unable to be delivered.

Great hotel! The family style rooms were extremely roomy and had a lovely style. We had a beautiful view from the 19th floor of the waterways and city buildings. Walking distance to the Osaka Castle. Staff were very helpful. Variety of food options were available near us. Train stations were close to the hotel. My family had a wonderful time and we will definitely come here again.

The view…wasn’t so good. But the room was clean, decently sized and the bed was super comfortable. The full sized bathtub was a huge bonus

Osaka Castle park is amazing and it was great to have a hotel viewing the park, with quick walking access. The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately there were some old food crumbs on the floor between the beds. When we asked for extra pillows for the children we were told that we could not have extra pillows. That was frustrating. The area and the views were great, and we enjoyed our brief stay.

안락했던 숙박.
4인실에 묵었습니다. 전망도 좋고, 주변환경이나 교통도 훌륭합니다. 조식도 맛있었고요. 직원의 영어소통도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 1만원 정도 받는 온천은 1+1으로 해주었습니다. 1박당 주차비가 1500엔이 있습니다. JR 교바시역에서 간사이공항으로 직통 전철이 1200엔으로 이용가능합니다. 갈아타는 스트레스가 있는 오사카에서 이건 엑셀런트합니다. 아침 7시 23분 차를 탔는데 1~4호차에 타야 공항으로 갑니다. 뒤에 칸에 타면 중간에 분리되어 엉뚱한 곳으로 갑니다.

仕事で2泊滞在しました。 感染対策もされており、スタッフの方も丁寧で、お部屋はゆったりしていて、CMで見かけるシャワーも体験できて快適でした。パジャマの着心地が良いです。

A bit more of a walk from stations than expected but close to major train lines, shopping and dining if you take the pedestrian bridge. Bathrooms a bit older compared to newer facilities
