There is 2 double beds. Good view of the harbour. Close to shopping, restaurant and transportation. Door of bathroom has issue in closing.

the place is near shopping area. walkable distance to nearby shopping mall and JR/train stations. Please be reminded that there is no room cleansing service for two days or more stay.

Excellent overall and highly recommended hotel in Denden town. A little older facility but well maintained. Convenient access to transportation: easy to get taxi in front of hotel, 10 minute walk to Nankai Namba station through Namba City, 10 minutes to nearest Metro station (Ebisucho) exit 1A or 1B and 20 minutes to nearest JR station (Shin-Imamiya). 15-20 minutes to walk to Tsutenkaku Hondori shopping street.

Great service but a few things
The service was great but just a few things about facilities in the room. Maybe it is because of the culture where traditionally people sleep on the floor with thin futons, the mattress was really hard. I could not adjust anything related to shower head, such as turning on, off and heating, inside the tub but had to reach out to the sink side.

Definitely value for money. Needs a few minutes walk to the subway stations, but not a big deal. We like the breakfast.

That the room is small that's OK, we knew that. But the bathroom is like on a train size. My legs were touching the front wall. Shower was not comfortable either. The breakfast place was crowded, and we were told to come back later or take the food to the room when there were tables available. We were told they are reserved. When I asked the from desk if I should reserve a table for next morning, I was told that they do not reserve tables for breakfast. The second day explained the mystery. Apparently, when they give you the tray, there is a yellow label that you place on the table to indicate it is taken. As no one really speaks English, they couldn’t explain that to us. The room was clean and front desk people were very helpful. Parking is very affordable. For the first night we had to use the Times parking (because the hotel parking was full) and it cost us ¥5600, compared to hotel parking for ¥1500.

Not a pleasant surprise at all
As usual the stay was fine. However, check in was not fine at all. To start with the check in staff couldn’t find me on their system for quite some time. After getting my key, I went to my room and was very surprised when I opened the door to find it full of luggage and a Korean man lying on the bed. Although probably not as surprised as he was. Obviously they had double booked the room, so we both went to the front desk to sort it out. Which was fine, and a very good reminder to always lock your door with the latch after getting into your hotel room. The real problem was that the front desk staff barely apologised to me, were quite rude to the Korean guy and didn’t apologise to him at all.

The bed was uncomfortable, room to hot, and very very smelly. Supposed to be non smoking but definitely someone had smoked. Also it was very noisy, I wouldn’t recommend staying there

Value for money. Though the room was small, it was clean, cozy and fully equipped. The free drinks, shampoo bar though the room already has the basics, comics at the lobby area are thoughtful touches. Staff are helpful and polite. Hotel is at within walking distance to train stations, Kuromon Market and Dotoburi.

GOOD ACCOMMODATION FOR PRICE
The hotel is walking distance to the 2 train stations and the shopping areas. ( Namba and Dotonbori) The rooms were small but clean, the beds and pillows were very hard. ( You can request for softer pillows) The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. They offered vending machines for refreshments free of charge, free pastries for breakfast (for those who didn't include breakfast in their booking) and coin washing and dryer machines. It's a very good hotel to stay in for a day or two in Osaka.
