The beds are very uncomfortable-just a bed frame with a comforter as a pad. We had to take a comforter from one bed to another to make them more comfortable , and while doing so, we discovered cigarette butts underneath and that the bedding was grossly stained and smelled of previous tenants. There are spatter marks and cobwebs throughout the property and small bugs.
