It's close to Sakaisuji line and Dottonbori street. There is Family Mart at the loby level. There is also washing machine in the room with detergent provided upon request. Super convinient.

The natural hot spring is very relaxing. Buffet is great. The staff is amazing. Dotonbori, Kuromon market, and Daimaru are within walking distance. Transportation is accessible, such as the Nagahoribashi Station and Shinsaibashi Station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to these stations. You can walk through the shopping street near the Glico Sign to get to the Namba Station, which you can take to take a trip to the Tempozan Giant Ferris wheel. If you opt to take a taxi to the Osaka Umeda Station from the hotel, it's about 2,300 yen. Overall it was a great experience because of the location. It's very convenient.

Great stay! Solo traveler. Good sized room for 1. Clean and amenities (toothbrush, razor, comb, q-tip), welcome gift of pear pudding. Lots of extras: free soy ramen 9:30-11 pm. (Hack, family mart downstairs u can get pork or eggs or whatever to add). Free ice pops ans ice cream pops 3 pm on. Only one I saw with an onsen in the area. Dotonburi is a quick walk, maybe 5 mins. 500 yen extra for onsen tax… I wish they just included in price…

Standard Dormy Inn room, small & compact. Great breakfast with salmon, salmon roe and minced tuna with other cooked food. But they served same menus everyday for 3 consecutive days that I stayed. Some dishes in rotation would be nice.

overall this hotel is good, walking distance to all tourist spots. the only comment is the pillow at this hotel is pretty hard, can't sleep well in particular day 1 on my arrival.

Dormy in Kakegawa is better than Dormy Osaka Namba
Staff were excellent; friendly and quick to assist with problems. Room was ok. Issues with mildew smell in sink area. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were clogged. Air filter in bathroom was dirty and needs to be cleaned. TV remote power button was really hard to press to power on tv.

my room window was not working well. it was hard to close. first night, cleaning lady helped me closing the window and she barely closed it. second day, after refreshing to air i couldn't close the window again so i called the front dest for help. a guy came up and accused me if i broke the window. the window didnt close properly and I could not sleep at night due to noise from outside. terrible service. also there was no oranges or lemons in the hotspring where they should always have, like other locations of dormyinn in Japan.
