not a good choice

Cons: Overall appearance and needed internal updates!
Location: It was pretty close to the mall and restaurants
The room was small and very old. Bathroom needed major updates. The hotel only had 1 of the 4 buildings open for rentals. There wasn't any poolside services like the web site shows. Definitely over paid for a hotel that should have been $59.00.

Property in much need of repairs...

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything...
Location: Great location, right on the lake for those wanting to use the docks to boat on the lake and not far from Bagnell Dam & Strip for the shops and eats.
We have stayed here in past years with good experiences, but this year it was terrible...went for the annual Magic Dragon Classic Car Show, after a supposedly remodel, turns out at check out and not advised during reservation that all pools (inside & out), hot tub and restaurant were closed. The property is for sale and therefore not renovated or up to scale as signs had advertised. Mattresses in our room was terrible; but we were happy the air conditioning worked and toilet would flush. Hope if it sells, new owners put the time and money to make it nice again. Paid way too much for what we got.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at ANY hotel & with hotels.com themselves. My reservation got lost in translation so when we arrived at the hotel I spent 45 minutes arguing with both hotels.com & the hotel itself & listened as they argued with each other. Once I finally got a room, it was dirty & extremely out of date. Not at all worth 130.00. It was so bad no-one wanted to use the bathtub or shower after walking around all day in the heat. The experience went from bad to worse when I got home & found out 2 days later that THEY HAD CHARGED MY CARD FOR 3 ROOMS!!! It put my account in to the negative, caused me to have 420.00 in over draft fees & my account will now be frozen for 2 weeks until the fraud department sorts things out. Save yourself the enormous stress I'm under now & book directly through another hotel.

Disappointing !

Booked this hotel for the amenities ie. indoor pool, restaurant and bar. was extremely disappointed when upon check in we find out not one of the above is open. Supposed to have a double queen room, instead had a double double room.

The hotel is very dated and tired. The bed was uncomfortable. The room appeared dingy. The toiletries were awful.

Very disappointed for what we were charged for one night. Lamp shade burned, tried to turn the heater on to take off the night chill, smelled so bad it set off the smoke detector. Double beds not even queens, problem wouldn't stay here again

Older Establishment and it shows in the Bathroom. Staff is wonderful. and the location is very good.
